The fourth message about the Rose Parade from KT:
See: https://www.instagram.com/p/C4XX6l7Jj8Y/

I have made these translations of the 4 videos –

(1)
※ “Ladies and gentlemen, hello! Kyoto Tachibana Brass Band will be participating in the 2025 Rose Parade. For 4 days starting today we will be delivering videos to mark our participation in the Rose Parade.”
※ “The first part is about the Rose Parade itself. Many of you will already know this, but the Rose Parade started as a small festival to celebrate the New Year in Pasadena, California. Later, along with the college football Rose Bowl festival, which was held at the same time, it became known around the world as a festival that colours the New Year.”
※ “In recent years some of Japan’s best marching bands have participated, and they have attracted a lot of attention. This will be the third time that Kyoto Tachibana has participated, following 2012 and 2018.”
※ “We are able to participate because of all of you watching this video right now. We are truly grateful to everyone who follows and supports us. Once again we would like to thank the Green Band Association for their hard work. Thank you very much!”
※ “When we are in America we will do our best to impress everyone who comes to watch us.”
※ “Thank you very much!”

(2)
※ “Hello everyone from Kyoto Tachibana Brass Band. In the second of our Rose Parade videos we are going to tell you about the members who will be participating in the 2025 Rose Parade.”
※ “Seven generations will be taking part in the 2025 Rose Parade, who were Elementary and Junior High School students at the time of the last visit in 2018, from the 117th class, to the future 123rd class!”
※ “As you all know, these include the generations whose club activities and school life were badly affected by the coronavirus pandemic.”
※ “After the coronavirus we have received so much support and encouragement from so many people. With that feeling of gratitude in our hearts we hope to share the strong spirit that helped us overcome the hardships of the coronavirus pandemic not only with the people of the United States but also around the world. We will do our best to deliver it to you.”
※ “Please support us. Thank you.”

(3)
※ “Hello everyone from Kyoto Tachibana Brass Band!”
※ “In the third Rose Parade video, today we will be talking about the songs we will be playing!”
※ “First of all is the song which has been the opening for our parades for a very long time – ‘Down By The Riverside’! It is a spiritual song that combines African culture and Christianity and is a song that says “No More War”. As the world situation becomes unstable this song is once again important. The melody depicts a bright future and is the perfect tune for the start of our parade.”
※ “The songs that will follow are also from America. We are planning to create a special program of songs that people from all over the world will have heard and songs that make your body want to dance.”
※ “We will do our best to bring smiles to everyone around the world through this parade!”
※ “Please support us. Thank you.”

(4)
※ “Hello from Kyoto Tachibana High School Brass Band!”
※ “Today is the final episode of our Rose Parade videos. This about us, the Kyoto Tachibana High School Brass Band!”
※ “The Kyoto Tachibana High School Brass Band was founded in 1961 by Professor Hisashi Hiramatsu. Since our founding our motto has been ‘Full of Energy, Full of Smiles and Full of Dreams’.”
※ “The band has always worked hard to deliver excitement to those who listened. However, we realised something when we were playing recently. We were riding the wave of delivering energy and dreams, but in return we were receiving great support, energy, warmth and kindness from our audiences.”
※ “We are especially lucky to have good teachers and a good practice environment. The relationships between club members are good, even between seniors and juniors beyond their own year groups, and we are able to have really fulfilling club activities every day.”
※ “Even so, there are many things that worry us, things that are difficult or that don’t go well. But then, when we finish the performance and hear the loud applause from the audience, that is the time when we can smile from the bottom of our hearts and be glad that we have worked hard! That makes us determined to do our best at our next performance to repay the audiewnce’s applause.”
※ “We are truly happy to create a chain of smiles and gratitude. We will do our best to spread ripples of joy and happiness around the world at the 2025 Rose Parade. Thank you for your warm support!”
