Lee-san first recognized Tachibana’s talent back in 2020. His enthusiasm and dedication played a key role in securing the support of President of Taiwan Tsai Ing-wen to invite the band to perform at the Taiwan’s National Day Ceremonies. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the band’s first groundbreaking visit was delayed to 2022, followed by second visit in 2023.

He has not only been the driving force behind all the luxurious arrangements of the expeditions, but he has also remained a tireless supporter of Tachibana, regularly sending messages of encouragement and thoughtful gifts to the band members (in the video below the band receives a shipment of the famous Taiwanese Hung Rui Chen -sandwiches as gifts in December 2022). And last but not least, Lee-san’s infectious sense of humor has won over everyone’s hearts, click here to watch him dance to Tachibana’s signature tune “Sing, Sing, Sing (With a Swing)” in December 2023 at National Concert Hall in Taipei. The band members sound properly impressed…
