O-VILS. (=former Groo Me!, the name of the band was changed for this concert) is a brass ensemble formed by Yuina Mita (see more of them here), composed of several highly admired Tachibana alumnae and playing very much Tachibana-like music. They are having a concert at Kyoto FanJ, and in addition to the regular tickets you can now also buy a streaming ticket.
Furthermore Mita-san has with great effort also managed to arrange streaming ticket for abroad viewing. Tickets can be bought from 9am UTC on March 30, 2021 to 6.30am UTC on April 3, 2021.
Note that there is NO archive function for the abroad stream (see Mita-san note here). Therefore it is advisable to buy the tickets before the event starts.
ありがとう三田さん! Hopefully many Tachibana fans outside Japan are able to join this event so as to cover the cost of this opportunity for the band, and reward Mita-san of her hard work!
Concert will start on April 3, 2021 at 4pm JST (=9am CEST =12am PDT).
Promotional videos are here and here. Band member introductory video is here. Video interviews of some band members are here.

That show was so good, I was very impressed, they put a lot of work into it. The girls talking at the intermission was a great touch. (Ron looked so different with another hair style)

BTW, there are Part 1 and Part 2 of the event. Are we going to be able to watch both?

I only see the part 2 for worldwide streaming release for us.

I finally made it. It was so frustrating, I was entering the receipt number instead of serial. I entered the wrong number over 100 times, imagine the frustration, lol. Now all I have to figure it out is when it starts.

Hello,
When I try to pay I get the message “please enter half-width uppercase letters or blanks” (translated from japanese) where I fill in my name on the credit card information.
How do I solve this problem?
Does anybody have the same problem?
I tried it with another browser but that did not help.
Many thanks,
Peter

Peter, I also had problems entering my credit card information. It worked for me to use all capital letters for the card holder name.

Hello,
Thank you for the help. I could buy the ticket with all capital letters.
Thanks,

Purchasing from overseas, I successfully registered by carefully following the “5 steps” provided upon clicking the “Instructions” link above.
Upon buying the ticket, my postal code blocked the process. I left it blank and that was OK. Also, it is unnecessary to precede phone numbers with “00”. Just inputting the rest is OK as long as the number does not exceed 11 digits.
The total cost is ¥2750 (c. 21€; US$25; £18).

I finally managed to buy a ticket with Rakuten and register the serial number with Blinky. However I’m slightly puzzled by the time shown at Blinky: The ticket at Rakuten says 16:00 and the main event-page in Blinky also says 16:00. The same time is given on this page: the event which is streamed abroad begins at 16:00 JST. But when I go to the the view-page on Blinky, it says:Apr. 03, 2021 08:30 JST Live starts…?

I can’t login to my Rakuten account because now it’s asking me for my address when it will only accept addresses in Japan. So I can’t see what the serial number for my ticket is to register it with Blinky. How did you get past that?

Manny, I had similar problems. Although I had to enter my address already when I bought the ticket. I just tried to match fields as closely as possible. For instance I just wrote my country name in “prefecture” field. After I had paid for the ticket I forgot to write down the serial number (I only wrote down the receipt id) and annoyingly the serial number was not contained in the confirmation e-mail. However, the email does contain a link to review the order which allowed me to log in using the receipt id as login and the provided phone number as password. This allowed me to access the serial number. Hope this helps.

Okay, that worked. I’ve registered the serial number with Blinky. Thank you very much for the help. After I bought the ticket and got the completion page, it didn’t show the serial number, just the receipt number. But yes, I used that to login with my phone number to see the serial number. The only thing is, I thought it was the 12:30 show that was going to be streamed, not the 16:00 show.

Thank you for your inquiry.
“Groo Me Our name is …” is now available
It will be from JST 16:00 on April 3rd.
It is said that JST 08:30 was stated on the login page, but
Which page did you specifically refer to?
I would appreciate it if you could teach me if you don’t mind.
I’m very sorry that there are some points that cannot be reached, but
We hope you continue to love our services.
We look forward to your continued support of Blinky.

Although Blinky have not responded to my second mail, which sent them as requested the link to the page where the wrong start time was shown, that page has now been corrected… sort of. It now shows “09:00 JST Live starts”. 09:00 is correct for me in Paris, but my time zone is not JST!

With Rakuten? I was able to register with them, but I did not fill out the address information since it’s for Japanese addresses only. It was not required anyway. I checked the Groo Me! ticket link, it’s up but it’s not active yet since at this moment, the sale doesn’t start for about another hour.

I really, really hope there wont be any issues with purchase. Months ago I did have a issue when it asked me to provide “Mobile Email.” I’ve tried all my emails, gmail, yahoo. hotmail, but not even one was accepted. After I hit “?” for help it gave me this:
“Enter the following mobile message address which can use services.
We are sorry but E-mail addresses of non-Japanese mobile carriers or of certain old models cannot be registered.
NTT docomo
au
SoftBank
Disney Mobile
WILLCOM
Rakuten mobile
* E-mail addresses for PHS or iPhone cannot be registered as the mobile E-mail address.”
Does anyone have any experience with purchasing events from their site?
