Bought the tickets from Canada and the stream worked just fine. Figured we just got overlooked as usual as people tend to assume North America just = USA. Aside from the late start time (1:30am PST), was totally watchable and enjoyable. Wish they’d publicize the link a bit better, just happened to stumble across it and took the risk it would work.
Special thanks to all of the students for all of their hard work and a fun concert! Will watch in the future if there are more streamed performances. Was a bit sad not to see their orange uniforms, but understand it’s not a really Christmas theme.

Greetings,
Given my location that might be refused (French Overseas Region), it was a very fortunate gamble: The show currently on air (intermission, 20h00) and it’s enjoyable to be part of the audience.
Thank orangedevilfan for your continuous efforts.
Maybe for unfortunate fans, will there be anyway to watch some replays or full replay ?
Merry Xmas everyone !

That streaming service was a big letdown. After paying and logging in to the event they tell you that 10Mbps internet service is required. After getting a couple of seconds of video and then buffering and an unresponsive black screen and having to press play over and over again, I finally gave up on it. It was the same on both my PC and phone.

I’ve tried to buy those tickets but the site has a problem. Always refuse my credit card, And we tried different persons too.

Trully disappointed. Three different persons have tryied, with four different credit cards, no one worked. Always the same message “This credit card is currently not available. Please contact your credit card company or use another credit card”. All credit cards companies when contacted answered that has no problem with any credit cards.
Two email have sended to event@linkst.jp, and no answer until now.

That information is directly from the site of Ticket PIA (click here). Unfortunately I don’t know the reason for their streaming restrictions.

I hope that fans from those countries where the video is not available read through the information before submitting their payment. Me and all those fans left out are deeply saddened😟😔

Philip- On PIA’s international purchase page, whereas Canada is not shown as one of the countries covered, this statement also appears: “※Compliant with global distribution network of Amazon CloudFront. (Reference)https://aws.amazon.com/jp/cloudfront/features/”. This link shows that the Amazon infrastructure does include Canadian locations. May I suggest that you contact PIA direct to ask them, in the light of their statement of compliance with the Amazon infrastructure, to confirm that Canada is not covered? I believe PIA’s address is event@linkst.jp
