All us fans of Kyoto Tachibana S.H.S. Band have always wondered how it really looks inside their famous school and now we have possibility to do a quick virtual visit here. Google Street View tour includes at this stage the entrance and the grand Festival Hall:

Festival Hall looks impressive as always!

  3. I am now an avid fan of the Tachibana h.s. marching band ever since I saw them perform in the 2018 Rose Bowl parade last Jan. 1. I wanted to learn more about this fantastic group … and I have. I have watched videos from many venues … parades, floor shows, field shows, stand still shows, stage shows, etc. I have immensely enjoyed each and every one. Having said all that, my favorite year was the 2016 edition of the band. I do have a question about this … does anyone on this blog know the repertoire of music performed this particular year? I absolutely enjoy the music of every year, but more particularly the ’16 year. If anyone has this information, I would surely love hearing from you. Keep on keeping on Tachibana marching band!

By the way, I am the Flag Corps director of the Richland Center, WI high school marching band. I let my girls watch some of the videos, and they were super impressed to see that the Flaggers of Tachibana use some of the very same moves that they do. They loved it!
